Kevin Mcrum was very good he explained how the car was supposed to be driven on the test drive as I have used the electronic hand break before and alsogot all the minor things sorted out on the car that I pointed out such as scratches on the doors. Overall very happy with the service and Stuart who did the hand over was very good explaining all the ins and outs of the car which I thought was a good touch.
