I really had an excellent experience at Peter Vardy in Motherwell. As a first time car buyer with a very limited budget, I wasn't expecting much but was treated like a valued customer from the moment I stepped through the door. Gordon, Stephen and Kelley were amazing and quick to help and answer my many, many questions. Even the lady at reception was fantastic. The car buying process is really transparent (i said what I was after, they found suitable cars within my budget, quick test drive, and crystal clear info about payments and costs) and the finance was set up within half an hour. Nice little touches too with the wee cafe, a bouquet of flowers and glass of fizz (non alc of course!). It's a busy place but I never felt like I was being rushed or was being annoying with all my questions. I went here on a recommendation from a friend and will be recommending it to everyone I know.
