Gordon was fantastic at explaining how to go about voluntary terminating my previous contract as I had never done it before and kept checking in with myself to see how I was getting on. He also helped me when I got upset and misread a letter I received from black horse. This is the second car I have got from peter vardy and that is due to the great customer service. He also phoned me a couple of days after I picked up my new car to make sure I was okay which I thought was very thoughtful. Thank you again for the great service and experience.
