The staff were very helpful and accommodating to my requirements, the initial presentation of the vehicle was poor due to a high degree of swirls and light scratches in the paint work, on discussion with the sales rep and branch manager this issue was rectified fully to my satisfaction in a professional no fuss manner.
Vehicle presentation should be a priority as part of the "Customer Experience"
