The people behind the name are awesome. They've treated my dog as if they personally know her, quickly answering any questions or concerns I've had through the years I've been with them. Cost is super low and has not increased since beginning and necessary changes have been easily made. My dog loves the free treats included each month and her photo on the box feels like she is getting personalized service. Can't say enough good things about Petfriendly, they're personalized service is unique.
