Everything has gone wrong
My dog was ill 4/3
Sent all paperwork in 25/3 u say never received
On line claim made 1/4
Asked for more info 17/4
Vet sent it in 24/4
Since then I’ve received the most appalling customer experience
Still not resolved
If and whenever my claim gets sorted I’ll eat my hat
