I've been a customer of PetPlan since I've had my 7 year old yorkie. They were great in the beginning. Settled the claim in full direct with the vet when she was poorly as a puppy. Last week I put in a claim for £150 and they are only paying £40!!! How can the excess be £110? I pay £90 a month for her pet insurance & this is only the 2nd claim in nearly 8 years. Total rip off!! They don't even reward customer loyalty. And the policy is very misleading. I'm cancelling the insurance & setting up a savings account for her instead. I'm absolutely furious.
