Absolutely appalled by what I have received today. Ordered a cat tower among other things. My parcel was due for delivery yesterday. I waited in for the courier only for him never to turn up. He brought my parcel this morning. Upon opening there was a foul stench of strong animal manure. Pet Planet warehouse had already opened the cat tower and put the other parts of my order in the box. I would not expect a new item in it’s box to have been opened and haphazardly taped back. When inspecting the cat tower it was absolutely filthy with white stains and pet debris. Added to this the tower is actually broken. The wooden top of the main compartment cracked. I cannot get any customer service from them as they do not work a weekend. I am now forced to keep a large stinking box in my home until I can be advised on how to return.
