Placed an order with PGA couple weeks ago, there was a error and I didn't get my full order. I contacted them, they got back to me within a day or two corrected the issue and sent me the missed product. I've used them lots in the past, so I wasn't nervous, but it's nice to see that they make things right in the rare case that things don't go 100% the way they should. Excellent source.
