phd isolate vanilla creme has caused me a severe reaction causing my eyes extreme pain and neurological problems
including buldging eyes, swollen eye lids and surrounding tissue
protruding veins on temples
my eyes have yet to heal and do not focus correctly
if i can take phd to court i'll do it
i still have the contaminated satchet and no reply email from Phd customer service
i am not allergic to any foods wrote on the ingredients and believe this product is contaminated
