I've been using PhD supplements for a while but this was the first time I'd ordered direct from them and I will certainly be doing it this way from now on. I placed my order late on a Saturday night and, with up to 3 working days delivery time, I was very surprised to have it delivered on the Monday. The process was smooth and being able to know a specific time for the delivery and track it's progress was so useful; why don't all companies do this now? Because I registered I get to accrue loyalty points when I shop. And just for registering I got 100 bonus points. On my next order now I can use the £3 or so discount I got from just that one order or have it roll over and accrue more and then use them whenever I want. Marvellous. So much better than a lot of reward schemes I could name. I got a lovely little free gift with my order - 8 ready-made 330ml bottles of strawberry Diet Whey. That was the icing on the cake. I've been using various sports nutrition companies for years, trying this one or that and usually settling for whichever one had the best offer at the time. What a mistake - sure I saved money, but some of those powders were weak and ineffective. But PhD really do produce some cracking products. So from now on I'm sticking with PhD only for all my supplements: not just because of the quality of the product but also second-to-none, efficient service that I'll be recommending to others... the complete package. 5 stars!
