Poor society!! My complaints went unanswered. I had some issues because the numbers were basically manipulated, and I questioned them because they were charging greater fees, even though it was only tax fees, and I didn't want to pay more. When FCA informed me about phoenixtb.io, I quickly filed a complaint with brookhillConsultingLtd, com who meticulously evaluated my evidence and provided me with a compensated remedy. It was so difficult to deal with, simply avoid it!
