I had a negative experience with phoenixtb. I traded with them for about a year using their MT4 platform. When I tried to withdraw my money, they became unresponsive. Eventually, I received a call from a rude and dismissive representative who was upset that I had been persistently following up. After speaking with others familiar with the situation, it seemed getting my money back would be very difficult. However, I refused to let the company keep my $120,000 investment. I teamed up with H!GH FORE ST CAPITAL a legitimate service, and after their efforts, I was finally able to regain control of my funds. My experience was very disappointing and I would not recommend using their services.
