I was worried due to a few poor reviews but after speaking to a young man at phone convert he answered my queries and I went ahead with sale. Jiffy bag arrived next day, posted next day (over weekend). Emailed me to say phone had arrived. Received another email on Wednesday to say original offer stood and money went straight to my bank. Would definitely recommend Phone Convert. Well done.
