A couple of initial setbacks but a swift resolution from Damon kept us regularly updated and orders paid within a couple of days as promised, minus a small reasonable reduction for screen scratches.
In future it would be beneficial to have a working phone number and emails to the generic address answered but glad everything worked out in the end anyway.
