After looking around they were by far the best rate for my Note 4. Reviews were mainly positive, and the negative reviews the company answered directly to most, so gave them a chance. After registering on their website they sent a pre-paid envelope which arrived the next day to send the phone in, a few days later after testing my phone, they paid the full amount into my bank account. Would happily use them again.
