Booked in to the website and received a pack which came after a few days. Pack it with the label they provided and found the drop off shop which is easy to find on the website. Then recieved confirmation of the parcel being recieved and recevied my cheque and money.
All in all it was good
Seen some reviews which worried me but can genuinely say I did not receive a bad service and I can recommend Phone Convert
