Sold my phone to these guys , Hermes list the parcel (fair enough not there fault). Phone convert have to claim the money back as they send you the pack out to post. Stopped responding to my emails. This has been going on since 5 Dec 18 and I have ended up Sending my phone and not getting any money as they won’t claim total scam, seeing a solicitor this afternoon this company is a Fraud. Avoid at all costs
