Phone convert have basically stolen my deceased fathers phone! They offered a fair price for the phone and as we were trying to raise money for my mother we sent in their pre post bag and they confirmed they had received it and that was the last communication we have had from them. Numerous emails and messages have been sent no telephone calls replied to. I am absolutely disgusted about the way they have treated my mother and are now trying to take this matter to court.
