1 week later still not been paid for my phone they have not replied to any messages since Monday, my device sat in the post office from Friday 15th March 19 then it was finally collected on the 20th March 19 by Mulready. Seeing it had been collected I sent another message today saying you have my phone now will you test and pay, but they have not updated on the trade ticket on their website and continue to Ignore all messages and now I'm growing concerned they will not pay me for my device, does this company have cashflow to pay or are they going to break a new phone and offer less what is the game here. I told them my personal situation that I need the money quickly they just didn't respond this is the slowest process I have ever witnessed I'm at my wits end as it is a lot money.
