Terrible service.......I received an email on 10th April confirming payment was sent. I am still waiting for payment. Initially when I contacted them I received replies apologising that I had not received a cheque and was assured when I provided my bank details that payment would be sent within 72 hours. I have still not received payment and have sent several further emails without reply. I have sent another email today giving the option to resolve before I escalate to the ombudsman. I wish I had read the reviews before selling my phone to this company, I can only think that the positive reviews are fake (something which was in the news recently)
