OMG! I wish I'd read all the reviews before sending my Samsung galaxy tablet S3 in its original box to this company. I sent my tablet to them on the 1st/July/2019 via the Hermes postage sticker they sent me. I have been tracking it eversince and now hermes tracker is saying that on 04/07/2019 15:08 It was placed in a safe or secure porch at the address. Surely by now phoneconvert should have received it and updated their system as item received but that has not happened yet. I have emailed them a couple of times and haven't heard anything from them. They do not have a contact number so can not contact them. Does this mean I have been duped. I am so worried now. Phone convert can you please contact me ASAP.
