Have been without my phone or payment for months now. Agreed the reduced quote and since then an email stated payment made to my account however nothing received. Contacted them loads of times but only ever receive and email stating"I'll look into this" then that's it!!! They have too many false reviews making it look like their a good company when in fact they are theives!!!
Has now been resolved but only after i has posted these reviews.
