Sent them my phone on 10/06/19 and heard nothing from them until I sent an email. Over a dozen emails later I ask them to return my phone and they sent the wrong one. I sent it back and they didn't respond until I sent them another email at which point they asked me for the IMEI number for my phone which I can't do because they still have it? It is now 06/08/19. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!
