I purchased some apple airpod3s. They were faulty so i took the them to the apple store.. fake! (they had been cloned)
On informing the company, (with the apple store details emailed to them as well from the genius bar appt) they told me they were 'seller refurbished' - and when I challenged them, a further email stating - 'we always review our listings'.
I have sent them back and am waiting for a refund.
