When it goes well is fine, when mistakes made, it follows more and more mistakes, where right hand is unaware of the left one and no brain is present in the process.
They say sorry nicely, lead you to believe they are doing something, however later you find out they have not done as promised and made the mess deeper and more unmanageable.
