Initial call was received and operator and i had good clear discussion and came to an agreement over my new phone.
The telephone didnt arrive and 10 days later the operative called to say the paperwork got lost in the system and he would resolve the issue.
He did this and within 48 hours my new phone arrived and the changeover went well.
