I was inform me I could update my phone, I asked would it be trouble free and easy, no it was not!!!!!!!!
My switch from Orange to EE has been a disaster, no direct debit set up, 2 late payments now sat on my credit file, sat on the 150 number for 40mins trying to correct it, great service!!!
I have asked for my credit file to be corrected, if it is not put right I will be going to the Ombudsman!
I expect to have the credit file correction confirmed in writing.
