None of the several staff I spoke to after I received a faulty phone knew what to do to return the phone because I'd ordered it online rather than buying from a shop. Even the sales assistant in the shop had problems finding someone who knew what to do with my phone and was bounced back and forth between head office and tech support. Took a ridiculous amount of time to sort out, and a ridiculous amount if time waiting for a replacement phone. Terrible customer service.
