I went to the store at the Richo Arena in Coventry and was served by Elizabeth she took the time to go through my requirements as I was historically an Orange Customer was wasn't in contract so could move providers - she suggested going to EE and got me a fantastic tariff and helped me enormously - she is an asset to your organisation.
