Hello
I got a new phone through your head office and I got told that he would cancel my old phone contract which he didn't and because of this we have been paying for a phone that hasn't been used since middle of May and now won't stop paying till next month because I was told that it was cancelled. Because of this I won't be using phone 4 u for my next contract in 2 years time. I feel like I have been lied to just to get the sale from me.
