I've returned an upgrade ref1001801936 end of may and to date still awaiting a reverse migration. I've had to put up with negligence and unconcern feeling from customer dept. I've had to call several times to escalate my case with always the same outcome. I've incurred cost for a phone bill I've barely had the use of. Form all of this I'm always left with the feeling that I'm to blame for putting my trust that all that was promised by phones 4 u rep would be handled professionally.
