I found the actual speed of the repair quite fast, less than a week. I was told and shown a photo of my repair. I have no idea if this was my phone or one that had been previously through the repair department. I was asked if I would sell my 'broken phone' to the company but as I had documents and pictures on the phone I declined.
After a week or so later and £109.99 lighter in pocket due to having bought a new phone at the store THE BROKEN PHONE MIRACULOUSLY CAME ALIVE!!
To say the least I am annoyed with Phones 4U.
