Absolute rubbish.
We ordered the phone on line. After it arrived we couldn't get it connected. We made phone calls on 4th july to both you and Orange. Both were most unhelpful. We were eventually informed that the phone had been registered to someone else and must be returned. This was done during the week.
The customer service was appaling and unhelpful. Thank god I hadn't cancelled my phone with my original provider at that point.
I have stayed with my original provider and upgraded.
I would never bother with you, or orange again.
