Never again. Having been given the option to change my delivery time, the delivery company went ahead and delivered at the original time anyway - to a strange man several streets away, who tracked me down and 'delivered' the phone I'd paid you for - opened by him. Just recovering from this horrible experience when it became clear that the £10 airtime I was obliged to pay you for had never been credited to the sim sent. I then called your customer service centre, who insisted upon taking my bank details (which the call handler cheerfully told me he'd find 'easy to remember - very reassuring -not) and said that I would be credited with the £10. Unsurprisingly, I have not been.
Dealing with Phones 4 u has been a disaster from start to finish, and I believe I am due compensation of at least £50 for the distress, inconvenience & call costs which this misbegotten order has created.
