Very impressed by delivery arrangments - kept well informed about time of arrival. Happy with what I bought - only problem is that T-Mobile want to charge £17.45 per month for a £16.99 per month contract that I purchased through Phones4U. very annoyed at this because although it's only £12 over a 24 moth contract period it isn't what I agreed to. Apparently it's because prices increased in May 2014 BUT I only purchased my phone in July 2014 i.e. 2 months later so why hadn't the prices been updated on the net. My point is that whilst the difference is small it could have been anything! When I rang T Mobile their systems were down to start with, then I rang again and spoke to someone I assume was based in Indi but who didn't speak very good English so after 15 minutes I was left feeling very frustrated and disappointed - however this is T mobiles fault rather than Phones4U except if the price of the package should have been updated on the Phones4U website?
