First phone was faulty, no P4U fault but the process to replace is awful. Firstly we had to go through a tortuous software reset even though the issue was clearly hardware - dark shadows on the camera only! Then the replacement! As the customer I was supposed to wait for an envelope and then the internal review, 5-10 days. There is no way the store can help….internal account issues there. Then the replacement was the wrong colour - no care taken there. Again I was offered the same replacement process - this time a P4U fault. I could have been phone less for 2-3 weeks after them having my money!!!! In the end I returned the wrong colour replacement and bought again.
Both times they forgot to add the free screen impact cover - website clearly not updated to match the offer. I spent hours on the phone to helpful people clearly stuck with dis-functional business processes.
I am waiting to see if I actually get the money owed me without more hassle...
