I was not happy with the content of letter I was given to sign as the reason for which my phone was not repaired! It stated a completely different reason and no attempt was even taken by the shop to resolve the issue amicably!
I do not think the matter was dealt with appropriately and would have complained, but then I thought to leave it.
I really would like my phone fixed for me and make me happy to enter any of your shops for any transaction again.
