Customer Service was terrible i had to chase Phones4U in regarding my phone for delivery. Courier company never left me a postcard advising me that they tried to delivery the item. Checked online and the Courier company stated it was at the depot. Went to the depot and my phone wasnt there.
Was told by an Phones4u agent that once i receive my phone i would would need to call EE to migrate my number onto the New SIM card. This was not the case as my number was moved over and i was without a phone for 2weeks.
