I bought a phone on contract for my daughter, I asked could there be some sort of block put on it so she did not run up a huge bill. The answer was no she just needed to turn something off on her phone and she would use the household wifi. A larger than expected bill arrived for her first payment so I again rang up and asked if there could be some sort of block on and the advisor again said no. The next month the bill was £60+ and I rang again very upset, the advisor said she could this time block my daughter from using the internet and she could only use the available wifi. I wanted to know why she could do this but the previous advisors could not, she said she could not answer for other peoples actions. I emailed twice a complaint letter and both times received an email saying someone would get back to me, no one ever did. I was most upset as I'm not on a high paid job and only agreed with my daughter to take the contract out if the bill was low. I would not recommend your services to someone else.
