I have been waiting for nearly 6 weeks for my phone to be repaired, and after consent phone calls and being put on hold for up to 20 minuets at a time i was promised a new replacement handset from a m7 to a m8 which i thought was very good, but 6 weeks and still waiting, not being able to use my data, calls and text which iam paying for, thanks .
I am very disappointed with the service you are providing and will not be back to upgrade mine or the 4 other members of my household.
