Thanks to phones4U and their misselling me a contract with EE I am now £200 in debt. I asked for an early upgrade on my contract as I was in need of a new phone. I was offered the Samsung galaxy note 3 with a lower monthly payment and a new number, brilliant! Or so I thought. It turns out that this was a new contract and my old contract hadnt ceased and month by month my bill was adding up as it wasn't being paid and the only reason I found out was from having debt collectors letters through my door! I have called orange and there is nothing they can do as they say the fault is with phones4u as they are the ones who have messed me around and this is a common complaint from customers.
