My first order didn't go through correctly and I received no call to advise so my upgrade didn't arrive in time and I had to reorder a few days later. I cannot daily the customer service i received when I called and placed my order for the second time the operative I spoke to was so helpful and couldn't do enough to makes up for poor service I had received prior to the second order.
