The person who took the initial call was very informative and helpful, and clearly displayed a lot of background knowledge. We had been left in a predicament by our previous supplier would had failed to honour a contract, but PHS agreed to resolve this at nominal cost and we had no hesitation taking out a new contract with them going forward. They even tolerated us amending the terms of the contract within 48 hours and immediately sent out revised papers.
