I am writing to share my highly negative experience with PHS. After being a customer for approximately six years, I recently cancelled my contract. Despite the cancellation, PHS is attempting to charge me for an additional year of service and is harassing me for payment.
Their harassment has been absolutely appalling, and I deeply regret the business I have given them over the years. I strongly advise against using this company. I will never use their services again.
