Do NOT TRUST them if you move premises. We got in touch with the company to change our contract details due to moving to a different area. Got an answer straight away saying that there was no problem, that a rep would come to visit us in our new establishment etc. Waited for over a month, WE WERE CHARGED FOR THE SERVICE they gave to the new landlords at our old pub, after all that we agreed previously. Today got back in touch with them, after a so called rep sent us a text to do so. Never managed to get her on the phone. We explained our situation to which, the "person" we spoke to (after reading the transcript of our previous conversations where is quite clear they were aware of us no longer being in our old place) told us that we were not going to be refunded for the last payment that was taken long after we moved. Also, we got in touch with them as soon as we got the email saying that "the so and so" place had been served, advising that we weren't there anymore and that we wanted that money refunded. And even then, nothing was done about it. We feel like we were scammed, and we actually were. My advice to anyone that is looking for a contract with them : DO NOT DO IT. Poor, poor customer service.
