DO NOT buy from Pi Retro Gaming unless you want to lose your money. I bought the Superior OGST plus an additional joy pad for £245. The console never worked with both pads from day one and constantly locked up. I returned the console with their agreement as part of the 30 day money back Guarantee after one week. Since then all i have had is excuses why they cant refund my money ranging from "hes on holiday for a few days" "oh the bank wont let us as we have to pass money laundering tests" and a few other lame excuses that are equally as unbelievable. The only contact I did get came through Facebook messenger service as they never actually reply to emails if you use their internet contact page and surprise surprise they dont have a direct contact number. I paid £245 for my console and have nothing to show for it after weeks of asking for my refund. I was cautious when they asked me to pay by bank transfer but they gave me assurances that it was only temporary and they would have paypal etc set up soon and like a fool i believed them......Big mistake. Do not transfer them any money. Go elsewhere and buy from a supplier that wont rip you off. You have been warned.
