I have always believed that the best way of assessing a company is how well they deal with problems; either caused by themselves of their customer.
I can definitely say that having caused two problems myself the company's ethos to customer care is such that I wouldn't consider going anywhere else to have something framed.
I am more than happy to recommend this company to anybody.
