I ordered a panoramic picture frame which arrived on-time, well packed and at a very reasonable price. But when I opened the package the mount had not been cut. I immediately sent an email to customer support but so far - four days later - there has been no reply. I would like to support the company as pre-sale service was good and mistakes like forgetting to cut the mount happen, but post-sales service is just as important to me.
