I ordered fairly basic black frames. I was very pleased with the quality and the price. I am basing this on my experience of using an other on-line frame manufacturer a few months ago. I had to complain because most of the mitred joints on the two frames I ordered had gaps in them. Indeed I am sure that I could have done a better job myself with a saw and a mitre-block!. They firm said that they must have been dropped in delivery and offered replacement or refund.
The order was processed quickly
I intend to use Picture Frame Studio in the future.
